Our 2025 Main Line Camp Fair was an incredible success, featuring over 60 amazing camps and welcoming more than 400 enthusiastic attendees! The feedback from both camps and families has been overwhelmingly positive, fueling excitement for future events. Over the years, countless happy campers (pun intended!) have shared heartfelt stories about how attending the fair helped them discover the perfect camp for their children. The momentum continues to build, and word is spreading - this is undoubtedly the premier camp fair on the Main Line and beyond! We can't wait to make the 2026 event even bigger and better!

2026 Camp Registration is open!
Our 39th annual event is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm (snow date of Wednesday, January 28, 2026).
The annual event focuses on campers ages 4-18, who are interested in all types of day, overnight, travel and adventure camps. We advertise to public, private, and parochial schools, post to local businesses, and use road signage and social media outreach to ensure we get eyes on the event!
Admission and parking for families is free. Families receive a booklet with a list of all camps present at our event along with camp contact information and a brief summary. Our website, www.mainlinecampfair.org, will be updated in December with links to each camp participating in the 2026 fair. Your camp will remain listed on our website until December 2026. You can also choose to add a small camp logo to our Featured Camps scrolling banner or a large camp logo to the permanent sidebar on our website.
The fair will resemble those in years past, with each camp receiving one 6ft table to decorate as you wish (additional table can be purchased). We will follow all Tredyffrin Easttown District’s policies for indoor events.
